Yes. We definitely recommend that infant/toddler/two's/kindergarten teachers sign up! The examples used in the sessions tend to focus on preschool children and the conference was designed for teachers of children 2-5 years old but any teacher of children in the birth-grade 2 age range will get a ton out of all the sessions.
